Defunct Works is registered with National Home Building Registration Council(NHBRC) which regulates all construction work within South Africa. This requires that Defunct Works uphold the strictest building codes and regulations. We are also registered with South African Council for the Architectural Profession(SACAP) which regulates all architectural work undertaken in South Africa.
